The Journal of a Lost Creature
So where have I been and what have I been doing?
Lately it seems life as been kicking me in the teeth, that's why it's been so many months since I've dropped by to say hello.
So where do things stand?
I'm now back home in Savannah, Ga.
My little brother had a near fatal OD in March, he is just now starting to attend a school/recovery program in Utah called Catalyst, after spending 60 days in the wilderness of Oregon in forced detox.
Due to the cost of my brother's rehab I can no longer attend the College of Charleston, that is unless I wanted to be 100k indebt when I graduated.
So where am I and what am I doing?
Currently I am hunting an apartment in Savannah, since living at home is about to drive me insane.
I'm working at Southcoast Medical Group in the pulminology department as a medical clerk, which I love.
I am persueing my EMT-1 Certification and teaching CPR and AED classes at the Red Cross. Hopefully once the fall semester starts I'll be attending Armstrong Atlantic University as a pre-med major and working with EMS or one of the local hospitals as an EMT.
